Parkour Classes We Offer

Our parkour classes start with the basic skills needed to move fluidly through any environment. Our experienced and skilled instructors provide every participant with a tailored experience, allowing them to progress from the basics to advanced parkour moves. Our classes also focus on the fundamental techniques of parkour, such as rolls and flips, which can then be applied in more complex movements. Perfecting these techniques is essential for developing safe and efficient parkour skills.

Standard Parkour

Flips & Tumbles is an innovative and exciting recreational sports facility that specialises in Parkour classes for children. Our classes are designed to help children develop their coordination, agility, balance and strength. They will have a blast while learning new skills and mastering new moves on our impressive obstacle course. Our experienced coaches will help your child discover and take their abilities to the next level while ensuring that they always have a great time. Advanced Parkour

At Flips & Tumbles, we are passionate about parkour, and we want to share that passion with our students. Our Advanced Class is designed for those who already have a great understanding of the basic parkour skills and can perform some of the flip work incorporated into parkour. We aim to take your skills to the next level by expanding your skill-set even further in parkour. Our experienced and highly qualified instructors are here to teach you new techniques and help you improve your style in a safe and supportive environment.

Teen Parkour

This parkour class is designed with teens in mind, offering an exciting way for them to develop their fitness and coordination while learning powerful parkour moves and tricks. We believe that every participant should leave our class feeling more confident and inspired than when they first came in. We also teach flip work and other moves that students can use to enhance their overall skillset. Our classes are perfect for anyone looking to build strength, endurance and improve their overall fitness level.
